Please call or text us before returning an item. Returns must be mailed via USPS within four calendar days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide a USPS tracking number. Approved returns will be issued as store credit after we receive and inspect the returned item. No restocking fee will be charged. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for ordinary returns, except where required by applicable law. If your item arrives damaged or the package appears tampered with, please file a claim directly with USPS. Photograph the package and damage, and retain the item and all packaging for any required USPS inspection. Do not return the damaged item before receiving USPS instructions. This claim process does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law. Gift cards are not returnable or refundable, except where required by applicable law. Please ask about sizing or other product details before purchasing. This revised policy applies to orders placed after it is published. Earlier orders remain subject to the policy in effect when purchased.
